In this course, participants will learn how to operate an Industrial lift truck and a Rough Terrain lift truck. Participants will learn basic procedures of operation, inspections, and maintenance. Through theory and practical applications students will:
- Learn safe operating practices and use of standard hand signals
- Name and describe the seven categories of powered industrial trucks
- Understand the importance of lift truck stability
- Perform visual and operation inspections
